At NoM Green, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products directly from trusted farmers.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

✅ You receive damaged products.

✅ You receive spoiled or rotten products.

✅ You receive the wrong product.

✅ The delivered quantity is significantly less than the ordered quantity.

✅ The product quality does not meet NoM Green's quality standards.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

❌ The product has been consumed.

❌ The request is made more than 3 hours after delivery.

❌ Damage occurred due to improper storage after delivery.

❌ Natural variations in size, shape, or color of fresh produce.

Refund Process

Quality team review: Within 24 hours

Refund approval: 1–2 business days

Amount credited to the original payment method or NoM Green Wallet (depending on the payment method).
